Where are my photos saved?
Finished photos are saved to your Apple Photos library. Plastimatic processes your images on your device and does not upload them to a developer-operated server.
How do I restore Plastimatic Pro?
Open a locked camera, film, effect, frame, or widget and choose Restore Purchases. Make sure your device uses the same Apple Account that originally purchased Plastimatic Pro.
Why does Plastimatic need Camera and Photos access?
Camera access lets Plastimatic capture pictures. Photos access lets it save finished images to your library. You can review these permissions in iPhone Settings.
Why is Plastimatic Pro unavailable?
Check your internet connection and confirm that in-app purchases are allowed on your device. If the purchase screen still does not appear, restart Plastimatic and contact support.
How do refunds and billing questions work?
Apple processes Plastimatic Pro purchases and handles billing and refund requests. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com for help with an App Store transaction.
Does Plastimatic collect my photos or personal data?
No. The Plastimatic app does not collect your photos, use advertising trackers, or sell personal information. Read the complete Privacy Policy.
